settled

To say that things around here have been a little busy is an understatement, but I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of things. Bridget is starting to get herself into a routine and that helps. There are definite good times of the day to do things and other times when I can't even think about possibly getting things done. All in all, it's a very boring post, but I feel compelled to post something so people know we're all still doing OK.

a moment
Bridget is sleeping at the moment. She's just hanging out with her father. She's the most adorable little person. She makes me want to cry about half a dozen times every single day.

She's the best baby, too. I was a little apprehensive at first since labor was about 18 hours long -- she was so stubborn. It turns out that she's pretty easy going. She only cries when she has a reason and it doesn't take too much to calm her down. It seems like she has her days and nights mixed up at the moment however. It's getting a little better each night. As long as there's progress, I can deal.

And I think someone needs me now so...
